Our Guarantee

We do not accept returns for our shrimp products, however, we do guarantee that they will arrive in a useable condition.

This guarantee is based on a 1 or 2 day delivery time. Please make sure you select 1 or 2 day shipping for shrimp products.

We have had shipments take as long as 4 days and arrive with no problems.

We use top of the line foam coolers, shipping boxes, and refrigerants.

Some thawing may occur during transit, but as long as the product is still cold, you can use it that day, or simply refreeze it.

If your shrimp does not arrive in a useable condition, we will replace them, or issue a refund. Your choice. No questions asked.

Returns on cooking accessories must have an RMA. Call or email. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cooking accessories may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
