Here on the Gulf Coast, we grew up with shrimp and know how to cook and serve them.

We understand our "inland" friends may have tried some of our delicious shrimp and want to try them at home.

Then the questions arise........

What size do I need, how much do I need, how should I prepare them, what do I cook them in, and on and on......
